I really do like my new Frigidaire Fridge/Freezer. I just have a couple of suggestions.Please add another shelf space on the door and I prefer the half circle ice over the round cubes. It looks great and is working well. Frigidaire has been a great choice over the years for us and I highly recommend their products.

Icemaker in 1st brand new fridge made about 2 lbs. then operated slow and intermittently. The replacement unit filled the bin 50% and went into occasional production. Tech support isn't as awesome as they claim as they only have a checklist to run down. It's a sad situation when a person has to send back a brand new product after one week of use! I know how the icemaker is controlled by the main control board but no one at tech support has a clue how to speed up ice production. My experience trying to get this resolved has been stressful and futile. Going back to Big box store to arrange purchase cancellation! Surprise! Even posting a negative review on your site is a pain to submit!

I'm shocked that no fingerprint claim is true!We love the cube shaped ice (small enough to fit in most water bottles). The bright lights and clear drawers really help everyone see what's in the fridge and freezer clearly.

We had an LG fridge before. And when the compressor went out, LG had no parts and we were without a fridge for almost 2 months. We decided to just buy a new fridge opted to go with Frigidaire and we couldn™™t be happier. It has slightly smaller dimensions yet has more capacity than our previous fridge. It cools and freezes to perfection and we love the smudge free stainless steel. Frigidaire really bailed my family out in a huge time of need. Going without a fridge for almost 2 months and enduring horrible customer service with LG was brutal. Thank you Frigidaire for an excellent product and customer service.

This is the third unit we've received since June; the first delivered had physical damage, the second the shelves fell down because of manufacturing defects. This one has proper shelves, but the drawer bins are scratched or trim is bubbled and unsightly. Dealer has supposedly ordered new bins to be shipped to me; we'll see. Very disappointed in Frigidaire quality control, cannot recommend.

Love my new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator cool down right away so I could hurry up and get the food swapped out of my other refrigerator since it died before it's the food spoiled and cooled down and refroze everything and kept everything good so it didn't spoil

This refrigerator works great and is easy to set up. The controls on the front panel are easy to navigate. It was a little noisy at first, but within 24 hours it quieted down. I am guessing that it was working hard to get everything down to the right temperature. The filters are conveniently located and will be easy to switch when the time comes. Overall, I am pleased with this new refrigerator.

This side-by-side refrigerator is an absolute must-have. It fits everything my family of 4 needs and wants. It is a delight to keep organized and to everything is easily visible. It is super bright with LED lighting. The glass shelves are sturdy and easy to clean. There are 3 crisper drawers to hold fruits/veggies, cheeses, and lunchmeats separately and they are huge. The door bins are out of this world! Not only are they huge but they are adjustable. They hold everything from large gallons to small 4oz containers. There is a butter compartment (a must for my family), and an air vent that circulates the air throughout the cabin that keeps everything cold and fresh. The freezer has 2 drawers, four shelves, and large door bins that can hold veggies. The water/ice dispenser is great. It dispenses cubed or crushed ice, has a light and can hold large water bottles. The controls for the temperature are also located on the water dispenser so controlling the temperature is simple. The stainless steel is truly fingerprint-resistant! No prints or smears on this fridge. The doors are easy to open and close. I'm in love with my new fridge.

I've only had my new fridge for 2 weeks, so I'm saving the "Excellent" rating for the long haul, but so far so good! I'm a little concerned that the ice maker didn't stop producing ice once the bucket was full, but we'll keep an eye on that.

Bought a brand new Gallery frig 3 months ago, turned off completely overnight twice causing everything in it to need to be thrown away, including $200 in insulin!!! They sent out a technician, waiting on a part but they will NOT reimburse the loss!!!!! They want us to purchase a $400 warranty. We have 2 kitchens in our house and will NEVER buy another frigidaire
