I had a problem with a 3 year old refrigerator that was out of warranty. Bottom line is that they made it right ! Got a new one, price matched what maytag was going to do, delivered it fast and installed it quick. What else can you ask for. Local and honest.

Thank you for your professionalism and dedication in assisting me to resolve an issue with a 2 year old refrigerator that essentially had a faulty heating element. Carl, the owner, went above and beyond to contact the company and ultimately resolved the issue. For well over 25 years I, as well as numerous family members, have been loyal customers. Service and dedication is the reason for this! They are highly recommended!

This is the fourth time we’ve bought an appliance from Appliance Sales Plus. The salespeople are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They can refer you to an electrician if needed before installing an appliance. Delivery and professional installation have always been on time. There’s a reason that this business has had continuous success.

Thank you so much for getting the new fridge delivered earlier than you first promised. With my fridge dying unexpectedly you really rose to the challenge to not only get me a replacement but one that fit the custom opening perfectly. Your delivery guys arrived on time, installed perfectly and cleaned up before leaving. They’re a real asset to your team. My wife and I have relied on Appliance Sales Plus for over 20 years. You’ve provided all the appliances in our home starting with a kitchen remodel, replacements as things wore out, washers, dryers and even my Weber grill. We have returned to you and your team for your fair prices, expert knowledge and of course your superb service. Again thank you. On 9/6/2023, I purchased a BeautyRest Mattress from Karl. A little background history on myself, I am the daughter of a loyal customer to Karl. Over the last 31 years, I have seen roughly 10 appliances (kitchen, laundry, and beds) come in and out of my family home. We have never had an issue with Appliance Sales Plus. The deliveries are always timely and his workers always remain professional. Now as an adult, it is wonderful to be treated in such a way that my father had always complimented Karl and his business on. I have had my current BeautyRest mattress from this store since 2014, and I couldn't say anything bad about it. Although I wish I could purchase the same one in a Queen, there are clearly newer "models" out. Karl had a wide variety that I was able to test and lay. I highly recommend! I have to be honest, as I am getting ready to move into my own place, I have been shopping around for the "best price" at all these competitive stores. However, I, like my father have come back to Appliance Sales Plus. As I scroll to read other reviews made on Yelp, it upsets me to see what Judith M wrote. I was present during the conversation and witnessed the entire thing. During this time Karl remained calm and levelheaded. Just to correct, Judith you stated and led with "the customer is always right". If you are going to write a review, please state the facts and truth. Lastly, if this helps potential customers, Karl has always been good to the community. Please come down and take a look at all he has to offer. You truly won't be sorry!

I recently made my second purchase from Appliance Sales Plus. Their price was better than local big-box store retailers and the delivery service was very professional. They took great care not to damage my house during the installation and removal process. Additionally, several days after the purchase, the item in question dropped considerably in price. When I informed them, they credited me the difference between the original purchase price and the sales price - a gesture I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

My high school friends set up a meeting for us today. They wanted to have a picnic close by, and I offered to bring a peach & apple pie, which everybody in our friend group loves. I was happily preparing the pie when I noticed that the stove wasn't warming up. I knew that I wanted to make it in time, plus I didn't want to buy something from the store, so I called a repair service. They responded to my call immediately and reached my unit promptly. The kind technician was highly skilled and got my stove working in no time. I resumed my baking afterward and had a great time with my friends.

My Wife and I live but 5 minutes away from Appliance sales plus we pass the building every day , but for some reason when we needed to replace anything we went to the big box stores. This time the washer and dryer from that big box store didn't last and we needed a new pair in a hurry. I looked on line made a few calls to other places and my wife said lets just go down to Appliance sales and see what they have we need it fast. So we did. We walked in and was greeted by Steve and Carl. I have to say they were great, took there time with us and we walked out with buying a new washer and dryer. I looked online afterwards and there price was actually less then the big box stores and I found out when you buy from the big box store they make the manufacturer build the item to there specs that's why there cheaper, now I have a real machine built the way the manufacturer intended it to be built so hopefully it will last longer. The delivery was set up for the next day, I had to work so my wife was home. The drivers showed up on time and took there time to make sure everything went according to plan, nothing was rushed or damaged in the removal and install. So to sum it up, when we need to purchase anything, we are going down the block ( as I use to say when we lived in the Bronx) to appliance sales plus. Thanks guys you were great.

We could not be happier with the service we received at Appliance Sales Plus! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Jimmy and he was just terrific in answering all of my questions and in helping me choose just the right refrigerator/freezer for my home. Delivery was also smooth and extremely timely. Can't beat the same day service that they were able to arrange for me to solve my home emergency. So glad we have such a great store in our little town. All I can say about this place is they are life savers! Specifically Steve! Went to Home Depot/Best Buy to look for a range as ours just broke on us and they weren’t able to give us one till the middle of January and I’m a big time cook who needs a Stove especially with Christmas right around the corner. Steve made it happen that I will have the range I wanted by next week! I’m amazed I want to scream from the rooftops of how happy I am. And now I will get all my appliances from this place. Thank you so much again guys! Can’t say enough good things about this place

Made the mistake of buying an AC unit from a big box store and stopped working after a few months. They were no help in solving the issue. Met Karl and he set me up with the perfect unit for my condo and had no problems since. Great products, even better customer service. Would highly recommend!

The owner explained the current state of washer technology and what to expect from any washer. He listened to what is important to us and made recommendations. I feel we made a good choice based on his knowledge and experience. Something you would never get at a big box store. Thank you

Just picked up a new GE Profile wall oven. Courteous, professional service. Delivery was on time and guys who installed were terrific. The oven is exactly what we explained we were looking for and price was as good as anyone out there. I will definitely be back for my next appliance purchase. This family owned local business is the only place you should shop for appliances and mattresses. Amazing!!! From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. I would not shop anywhere else for appliances. Sales help was helpful and courteous and they offered fast delivery options. Most of all the delivery men, Marco and Nick were unbelievable. They were respectful, neat and explained the appliance to me.

Found their website selection quite extensive but decided to visit the store. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very honest with his opinion of different models. He didnt try to sell us anything, answered all our questions and provided valuable review. We ended up purchasing a washer/drier and locked in the sale prices for fridge/stove/dishwasher for later purchase and delivery for a small deposit. Overall i was pleasantly surprised how easy It was to see and select all our appliances. At least this part of remolding was painless :)

I did my research with the big box stores then decided to check out a few mom and pop shops in my area. After striking out with a few stores in Pound Ridge and Mount Kisco because of their prices, I tried out Appliance Sales Plus in Somers. The salesmen I spoke to greeted me quickly, was very polite, knew his stuff and really listened to what I needed. I gave him the model numbers of the four appliances I was interested in and within five minutes he came back with a price about $480 lower than any of the big box stores along with $300 in manufacturer rebates. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Thanks Appliance Sales Plus!

Product knowledge and service is great. We have done two kitchens with them and have had nothing but a positive experience. Had a minor issue with a new refrigerator related to the installation. They were out within 24hrs to fix it. Installation and delivery was professional.
